• The status is not married and willing to not get married during their Pre-service Training ;
• male  ;
• Birth 1990 and thereafter;
• Cumulative GPA : GPA > 2.75.

1. Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) ;
2. Copy of birth certificate ;
3. Copy of diploma / graduation letter legalized ;
4. Copy of final transcripts were validated;
5. Copy of ID card ;
6. Recent color photographs size 3 × 4 cm 2 pieces ( participant's name written behind the photograph ) ;
7. For applicants who are completing the final project / thesis , are allowed to register , the condition carries a certificate is working on the final project / thesis at the time of application.
