Position : HR Recruitment ( RC )
Duties :
- Plan, implement and evaluate the employment targets of Employee Recruitment Unit .
- Developing Human Resource Information System ( HRIS ) and recruitment forms .
- Analyze request additional staff .
- Exercise control over the administration of the new employees and old employees .
- Jobdesc analysis .
- Conduct analysis related to the Work Load Analysis Manpower Planning .
- Doing recruitment analysis ( Manpower Planning) each year .
- Perform control and monitoring in Employee Recruitment Unit .
Requirements :
- Minimum education S1 majoring in Human Resources Management , Psychology
- At least 4 years experience in similar position , preferably from the life insurance industry
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Age 28-35 years
- Have a good level of accuracy
- Systematic and detailed
- Have a creative idea and a pretty good
- Having the ability to communicate
- Have the ability to persuasively
- Having the ability to analyze
- Able to adjust and adapt quickly
- Able to work under pressure
- Have high morale
